Most news announcements start with “The long-awaited release of…” or “After much anticipation…” Truth is you haven’t been waiting for it. Frankly, it probably hasn’t even cross your mind — but it’s here! Tweet-a-Vision announces its premiere episode. This is a beta version of a brand new kind of network, one in which you get a chance to produce, direct, even be the star! Convenient. Interactive. Immersive. Without limits, and hopefully, a lot of fun.

Tweet-a-Vision is not a network designed for women or men or children or tweens or retirees or geeks or animal freaks or any other subculture or broad populus — although it might attract every one of these groups. You don’t have to be a fan of country music, fast cars, Web 3.0, or dysfunctional families gone awry. Tweet-a-Vision is not directed at this demographic or that counterculture. You can’t label it - at least yet.

Tweet-a-Vision is a free-for-all. We don’t have a grand clue of what it might become. We know that many more episodes will follow. Topics will change. Formats will evolve. Nothing is predictable and absolute. You see — we can’t stand rules. And we want everyone to have a voice. Maybe we can’t give everyone their 14.0 seconds of fame right away, but it might be possible eventually (and who knows, it might even be longer than 14.0 seconds.) Your criticism, insights, and grandiose ideas are not only welcome, by golly, we’re counting on you to help lead the way! Let me make it perfectly clear….

You play a key role in deciding Tweet-a-Vision’s direction and content. Why sit in front of a tube and wait to be entertained. Be the entertainer! Welcome to the next generation of television!

Want to tweet us a “vision” for Tweet-a-vision? You’ll find us at www.twitter.com/tweetavision. Or you can do it the 1990’s way: contact@tweetavision.com.

To exchange ideas with the woman behind the Tweet-a-vision curtain, zip a tweet to @JJNextGenTV or janice@tweetavision.com
